The website “You Quote It, You Note It!” by Vaughan Memorial Library is all about plagiarizing. The website shows you how to quote without plagiarizing and what can happen if you get caught plagiarizing. The intended audience for such information would probably be the sixth through twelfth grade all the way into the collegiate years of our life. I would use this resource in the classroom by showing my students how to paraphrase and even quote something right without getting in trouble for academic dishonesty and plagiarizing and possibly getting kicked out of school or even failing a class because the assignment was used by another person or in another class by that same person. The way I could assess my students on this resource is by giving them a quiz and either has them quote something or figure out which certain parts of a paragraph are being quoted right and why or why not?
